About Alex

My name is Alex Murphy and I will be your coach and trainer. My goal is to help you learn as much as possible so that you can feel strong, knowledgeable and prepared to achieve all your fitness and nutrition goals. The fitness world is full of an abundance of information, lots of it nonsense and/or scams so, I want to help you navigate around that. Whatever your goal(s) is/are (losing fat, maintaining a balanced diet and workout routine, creating a healthy fitness mindset, building and muscle, etc.) I will help you get there. Let’s do this!

Training Programmes

10 Week Online Training

The 10 week programme is all about making small changes over time and creating habits that will lead you to life long changes and habits. Never underestimate the power of little changes over time.

There is no limit as to how long we work together but, I believe you will need at least 10 weeks to get started and start to see the benefits of these small changes.

You will be working directly with me. My aim is to help you to achieve YOUR ideal body physically and sustainably. The changes we make will absolutely not only be for a 10 week period but for life that is why I highlight  sustainability. We will work on your nutrition as well as your exercise and training since the two very much go hand in hand.

Let’s be honest, almost everyone has some form of aesthetic goals so, we will work towards that but I’d like you to also consider functionality and strength and other less “sexy” goals! Trust me these are the ones that will keep you going 😉 It’s great to look good, feeling good is even better IMO but hey, why not have both!

So, let’s get fitter, stronger and happier.
